Using the service
These terms apply to the Framekit website and its available GIF tools. Use the service only where you can lawfully agree to these terms; otherwise, obtain permission from a parent, guardian or other authorized person as appropriate.
Local tools process files in your browser. AI generation requires an available backend and model service. The current AI integration is for local development and does not constitute a publicly available account, billing or subscription service.
Your files and prompts
You remain responsible for files, prompts and reference images you submit, and for your use of downloaded results. Use content you own or have permission to process, and respect copyright, privacy, publicity rights and other applicable rights.
We do not claim ownership of your input files through your use of the local tools. Submitting an AI request permits the backend and its service providers to process the content as needed to perform that request. Rights in AI-generated output depend on applicable law and provider terms; the service does not promise exclusive ownership or non-infringement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, impersonation or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Do not attempt to obtain service credentials, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or submit abusive automated traffic.
Do not submit content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or other material prohibited by applicable law. Model providers may apply additional content restrictions and reject requests.
Check your output
Processing may change colors, transparency, dimensions, frame timing or visual quality. GIF compression is not guaranteed to be lossless, and a requested target size may not be achievable. Review the preview and downloaded file before using it.
AI images and videos may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for your purpose. No generation result, successful task completion, commercial clearance or fitness for a particular purpose is guaranteed. Keep a copy of your original files.
AI costs and submitted jobs
Local GIF processing does not submit a paid model-generation job. AI generation can consume provider credits or incur provider charges when enabled. The current website does not collect payments or sell a paid plan; we do not represent model generation as free.
Closing a page, losing a connection or receiving an unconfirmed status does not necessarily cancel an upstream job or prevent a provider charge. Check the existing task before submitting another request. Any provider billing dispute must be assessed against the actual request and the applicable provider agreement.
Third-party services and examples
AI generation depends on external model and media-storage services. Their availability, rules and results are outside our direct control. Links and example media do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or a transfer of rights.
A publicly available reaction GIF is not automatically licensed for every use. Tutorials and screenshots illustrate a workflow; they do not grant permission to republish the depicted third-party material.
Availability and limits
Tools are subject to file-size, frame-count, pixel-budget and browser-compatibility limits. Services can fail or change, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage. The current backend has no automatic task expiry and no user-facing server deletion control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Review any updated terms before continuing to use changed services.
